  • Completed DMG submission form
  • 5 years currently valued loss runs
  • 5 years historical data
  • Premiums by line (Garage, WC)
  • Historical Payroll by year
  • Employee Count by year
  • Total Revenues by year

Conceptual
Indication

  • Internal actuarial indication of how pricing would look for the prospective member
  • Answers the following questions:
    • Is the program viable?
    • Does it make sense for the insured?
  • If so, then we can use it to:
    • Formalize quotations
    • Gain member approval

Final
Proposal

  • Includes a formal presentation of:
    • Program Costs/Evaluation
    • Quote Summary
    • Template of Coverage
    • Security Requirements
    • Service Providers
    • Listing of Current Members
  • If the prospect member decides to join, the member capitalization and authorization to bind is due at that time.

*If the prospective member decides that the captive concept and indication is intriguing enough to pursue a final, binding quote: a fee of $2,500 is due – made payable to Dealer Risk Services, Inc.  Because the captive is owned by the clients, the cost for underwriting, pre-loss control visits, actuarial work and a risk assessment is borne by the captive.
